REFUND POLICY GUIDELINES

Dear Parents/ Guardians/ Students.

The Winning Edge is committed to provide you with best service and experience. We value your time and money. However, at the same time we want you to understand that we have committed resources and time in creating our content. The live classes are being taken by expert teachers. There is a large team of support staff to ensure smooth running of the courses.

We do not encourage refunds because each user is explained the conduct guidelines in detail. We offer FREE demo classes to help you make an informed decision. However, due to some technical reason, if the student is unable to attend the class(es), a portion of the fee can be refunded.

You are requested to go through the Refund Policy in detail and if required speak with the counsellor to be clear before you make the payment.

The refund policy timelines are different for different courses.

REFUND POLICY : SAINIK/ MILITARY SCHOOL & RIMC PREPARATORY COURSE

Registration Fee : The registration and handling fee (amounting to 10% of the Total Fee) is NON REFUNDABLE.

Example : If the Course Fee is Rs 18,000/- , Rs 1800 or 10% is NON REFUNDABLE.

Cost of the Study Material (sent electronically) 10% of the total fee is NON REFUNDABLE.

Example : For a course of Rs 18000/-, Rs 1800 towards the study material is NON REFUNDABLE.

The refund of fee for withdrawal from the course is as under:-

Within 7 days of joining the course 90% of the balance amount after deducting the registration fee and cost of the course material.

Example : If the total fee is Rs 18000/- and a parent has made the full payment, then the non-refundable portion is 20% i.e, Rs 3600. If the refund has been asked within 7 days of making the payment, the refunded amount will be Rs 12,960/-

Example 2 : If only part payment has been done, still the deduction of 10% will be calculated on the Total Fee of the course.

Example : If the Course Fee is Rs 8500/- , Rs 850 or 10% is NON REFUNDABLE.

Cost of the Study Material (sent electronically) 10% of the total fee is NON REFUNDABLE.

Example : For a course of Rs 8500/-, Rs 850 towards the study material is NON REFUNDABLE.

The complete study material will be delivered by email immediately on subscription for the course. This being a Digital product, NO REFUND will be entertained in case of the MOCK TEST SERIES

NON-TRANSFERABLE CLAUSE

The fee deposited for any of the course is Non-Transferable.

प्रिय माता-पिता /अभिभावक /छात्र,

‘द विनिंग एज’ आपको सर्वोत्तम सेवा और अनुभव प्रदान करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। हम आपके समय और धन को महत्व देते हैं। हालाँकि, साथ ही हम चाहते हैं कि आप भी यह समझें कि हमने अपनी सामग्री बनाने में संसाधन और समय लगाया है। लाइव कक्षाएं विशेषज्ञ शिक्षकों द्वारा ली जा रही हैं। पाठ्यक्रमों के सुचारू संचालन के लिए सहायक कर्मचारियों की एक बड़ी टीम है।

हम धनवापसी (रिफन्ड) को प्रोत्साहित नहीं करते क्योंकि प्रत्येक अभिभावक को पाठ्यक्रम के संचालन संबंधित दिशानिर्देशों के बारे में विस्तार से बताया जाता है। हम चाहते हैं कि आप सोच समझ कर निर्णय लें। इसके लिए निशुल्क डेमो क्लास का विकल्प दिया गया है। किसी तकनीकी कारण से, यदि छात्र कक्षा में उपस्थित नहीं हो पाता है, तो शुल्क का एक हिस्सा वापस किया जा सकता है।

आपसे अनुरोध है कि धनवापसी(रिफन्ड) नीति को विस्तार से समझें और यदि आवश्यक हो तो भुगतान करने से पहले हमारी कॉउनसलिंग टीम से बात करके पूरी बात भलीभाँति समझ लें।

विभिन्न पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए धनवापसी नीति की समय-सीमा अलग-अलग है।

धनवापसी (रिफन्ड) नीति : सैनिक / मिलिट्री स्कूल और RIMC तैयारी पाठ्यक्रम

पंजीकरण शुल्क: पंजीकरण और संचालन शुल्क (कुल शुल्क का 10%) वापस नहीं किया जा सकता है।

उदाहरण : यदि पाठ्यक्रम शुल्क 18,000/- रुपये है, 1800 रुपये या 10% अप्रतिदेय (non-refundable) है।

अध्ययन सामग्री की लागत (इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रूप से भेजी गई) कुल शुल्क का 10% अप्रतिदेय (non-refundable) है।

उदाहरण : 18000/- के पाठ्यक्रम के लिए अध्ययन सामग्री के लिए 1800 रुपये अप्रतिदेय(non-refundable) है।

पाठ्यक्रम से निकासी के लिए शुल्क की वापसी निम्नानुसार है: -

पाठ्यक्रम में शामिल होने के 7 दिनों के भीतर पंजीकरण शुल्क और पाठ्यक्रम सामग्री की लागत में कटौती के बाद शेष राशि का 90%।

उदाहरण : यदि कुल शुल्क 18000/- रुपये है और माता-पिता ने पूरा भुगतान कर दिया है, तो गैर-वापसी योग्य भाग 20% यानि 3600 रुपये है। यदि भुगतान करने के 7 दिनों के भीतर धनवापसी की मांग की गई है, तो धनवापसी की जाएगी। राशि 12,960/- रुपये होगी।

उदाहरण 2 : यदि केवल आंशिक भुगतान किया गया है, तब भी पाठ्यक्रम के कुल शुल्क पर 10% की कटौती की गणना की जाएगी।

उदाहरण: यदि पाठ्यक्रम शुल्क 8500/- रुपये है, तो 850 रुपये या 10% अप्रतिदेय (non-refundable) है।

अध्ययन सामग्री की लागत (इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रूप से भेजी गई) कुल शुल्क का 10% अप्रतिदेय (non-refundable) है।

उदाहरण: 8500/- के पाठ्यक्रम के लिए, अध्ययन सामग्री के लिए 850 रुपये अप्रतिदेय है।

पाठ्यक्रम के लिए सदस्यता के तुरंत बाद संपूर्ण अध्ययन सामग्री ईमेल द्वारा भेज दी जाएगी। यह एक डिजिटल उत्पाद होने के कारण, मॉक टेस्ट श्रृंखला के मामले में कोई धनवापसी नहीं की जाएगी

अहस्तांतरणीय खंड

किसी भी पाठ्यक्रम के लिए जमा किया गया शुल्क अहस्तांतरणीय है।

हां, मैंने सैनिक/ मिलिट्री स्कूल और RIMC पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए धनवापसी नीति (Refund Policy) को विस्तार से पढ़ा है। मैं समझता हूं कि भुगतान करके, मैं WEDA द्वारा निर्धारित उपरोक्त नीति दिशानिर्देशों से सहमत हूं।
