This Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (the "Policy") for Dzoba Coaching LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), outlines our practices when clients seek to cancel or reschedule their coaching sessions with us. These rules apply when you engage with our services ("Services"), such as when you:

  • Book coaching sessions through our website at https://annadzoba.com, or any other platforms that offer our coaching services.
  • Engage with us in other related ways, including sales, marketing, or events.

Please read this Policy carefully. If you do not agree with our rules and practices, we respectfully ask that you refrain from booking our coaching services. Your agreement and adherence to this Policy ensure we can continue offering our clients the best possible service.

We understand that everyone's time is precious, and we sincerely appreciate your commitment to self-improvement by choosing our life coaching services. To respect the time of both our clients and our coaches, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place:

  1. Prepayment: All coaching sessions must be prepaid. This helps us manage our schedule and ensure we can provide dedicated time to all our valued clients.
  2. No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for a scheduled session, the payment for the missed session is non-refundable. The service is considered to have been provided in full, due to the time that was reserved exclusively for the client.
  3. Short-Notice Cancellation or Rescheduling: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, your payment will not be refunded and the service is considered to have been provided in full. This policy allows us to better manage our time and offer available slots to other clients.
  4. Advance Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 25 hours in advance, your payment will remain as a deposit for a future session. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in giving us timely notice.
  5. Tardiness: We strive to start all sessions on time to respect the schedules of all our clients. If a client arrives late by more than 15 minutes without prior notification, the coach reserves the right to leave the meeting or end the online call. The payment for the session will not be refunded, and the service is considered to have been provided in full.
