“Created, crafted and conceived in Italy".
BelliNo and RossiNo was born by combining natural white peaches a strawberry pulp with Moscato must from Piedmont: a marriage of flavours that will finely envelop your palate and your senses. With its fresh and delicate scent and its well-balanced acidity BelliNo and RossiNo goes with almost anything. It’s an ideal aperitif drink, but it’s also just as delicious served at a dinner party as a light drink that guests can enjoy with salty or sweet foods. BelliNo and RossiNo are certified VEGAN and HALAL products.
“Made in Piedmont"
Sei Bellissimi project born in Canelli Village. Canelli is a village of 10,459 inhabitants in the Province of Asti in the Italian region of Piedmont. Canelli is located on a bend of the river Belbo in the border between the Alto Monferrato and Langhe.
UNESCO world heritage site.
The name of this cocktail is believed to have been inspired by the vibrant paintings of 15th-century Venetian artist Giovani Bellini, which were known for their striking chromatic compositions. The cocktail itself is a delightful combination of natural white peach pulp from Trentino and Moscato must from Piedmont, resulting in an elegant and fruity cocktail. The sweetness of the ripe peaches is enhanced by the fragrant bubbles and the overall fruitiness of the drink, creating a refreshing and enjoyable experience. In terms of culinary pairings, BelliNo is not only perfect as an aperitif but also complements finger food, starters, pizzas, light mains, and desserts. Furthermore, it can even serve as a versatile base for other cocktails.

What equipment do you need? Champagne or cocktail glass. Waiters' cloth. What do we need to check? Label is in good condition. At what temperature is SeiBellissimi being served? 4 to 8 degrees Celsius Where do we place a glass on the table? Place it at the 2 o'clock position from where the guest is seated. What do I absolutely have to remember? To turn the bottle upside down once before opening it to avoid any tiny deposits of fruit on the base of the bottle. I don't have to do this operation in front of the guest but in an area not within his visual range. I have to do this very slowly.
