THE WELL WOMEN COLLECTIVE ASSESSMENT-THE 4 ARCHETYPES
Have you ever wondered what was unique about you or the season you find yourself? Truly, we are wired for something greater than ourselves! The Archetype assessment is a snapshot in time. God did not create us to be one dimensional. Neither did He expect that we would remain in the same seasons of our lives indefinitely. Rather, God has made us multi-layered, and each season of our lives reflects the beautiful complexity of our unique nature and the roles we play in each season.
You will notice that you may have two archetypes rivaling for your attention in this season. However, the goal is that the role that you most likely devote your energy, prioritize, or discover an increase in capacity is your primary archetype for the season you are in.
“STAGE HEELS”- MARKETPLACE
The Marketplace Archetype has a mandate that is greater than a career choice. They exist to learn the world's systems and put Jesus at the helm of it. When Marketplace women embrace who they are, they flourish and lead thriving enterprises. The key to their success isn't that they experience growth, but that Christ is glorified. When in place, they become an invaluable resource. They desire that they are not the only ones experiencing success and fruitfulness. They are in the system to change the system for the benefit of others. They create a safe space for everyone to grow. They may not always be extremely wealthy. However, they are designed to organize and help others to become rich for the benefit of people. They typically have a favor characterized by hard work ethic, efficiency, and excellence. The Marketplace Archetype cultivates a thriving work culture wherever she goes.

Shared Archetype Traits
Archetypes can share traits that enable functionality in varying environments. While functionality is possible, the difference is the sense of call, the anointing of the Holy Spirit for the climate, fulfillment, and the ability to sustain any assignment in their unique environments.
Stage Heels (Marketplace) and Feet Forward (Ministry) have shared qualities. Both archetypes rise to the occasion when each observes the need for leadership, either thrust on them or assumed, the opportunity to create significant change or maintenance of order, and the care for people. You may notice that functioning in either environment becomes almost second nature.

MARKETPLACE MINISTRY
To function in the marketplace or workplace ministry requires the mindset that your workplace is your full-time ministry without changing your career to vocational ministry. It is the inspired focus that your workplace can function as a platform for worship.
Colossians 3:23 NIV “Whatever you do, do it as unto the Lord.”
ANOINTING
To function in a trait or multiple traits requires the recognition of the Holy Spirit and His anointing to help fulfill the assignment.
Luke 4:18 NIV & Isaiah 61:1 NIV
“BOOTS ON GROUND” - COMMUNITY
The Community Archetype is characterized by hospitality and kindness. Fueled by the mercy motivational gift, this archetype is deeply moved by the needs she encounters. Her actions inspire others, and she is often recognized as an influential force in her community. While she may not hold a formal position of authority, she earns respect and attention through her active involvement in addressing community needs. Her gift of hospitality, charitable work, and acts of kindness motivates others to act. Driven by her love for God and people, she is dedicated to serving the greater good. By involving and guiding others, she maintains influence and achieves results through her generosity. The community archetype is action-oriented and is consistently engaged in doing good deeds. Their favorite verse is likely from James 2:18 (NIV), But someone will say, "You have faith; I have deeds." Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds.

Boots on Ground (Community) and Feet Forward (Ministry) have shared qualities. Both archetypes rise to the occasion when each observes the need for service, the opportunity to meet a need, and the care for people. It is easier for the Feet Forward (Ministry) archetype to function in a Boots on Ground role for a season. However, the marked difference between the two archetypes is the prevalence of the influence of the gift of mercy that permeates the motivation of the Boots on Ground (Community) archetype. The Feet Forward (Ministry) archetype may have a measure of mercy, but it is less significant than the Boots on Ground (Community) archetype. Typically, other archetypes view the opportunity for service considering achieving a goal rather than a continual state of meeting needs.

MERCY GIFT
Etymology
Characterized uniquely for this archetype is the gift of Mercy. The functionality of the motivation of the gift of Mercy is compassion. Women with the gift of Mercy prioritize the feelings and needs of others. Often, this gift turns their feelings inward and tends toward depression. Since they deeply feel, it is necessary to rely on the Holy Spirit and others gifted in wisdom to help regulate their emotions and subsequent actions for others. Luke 10:34-35 NIV depicts the classic case of the Good Samaritan who operated in the gift of Mercy. Often misunderstood, this gift can be confused as being weak and indecisive. However, when properly used, this gift can deliver and save those in desperate need and practically demonstrate God’s love for others through simple acts of kindness.
“FEET FORWARD” - MINISTRY
"FEET FORWARD"- MINISTRY
The Ministry Archetype feels a calling to pursue a role in church or para-church ministry. Individuals with this archetype often end up in professional ministry careers. They typically have had to overcome self-doubt before feeling 'sent' by God. Those feeling called often seek counsel and affirmation from trusted sources to explore a call to ministry. Some in this archetype may have experienced a direct call from God, while others may have felt called since childhood. Both types of calls are rare. However, the most common calls are gradual and usually consist of lifetime events in which the individual grows to love and respect God through their service. The motivational gifts of a church archetype are varied and can include serving, pastoring, administration, and leadership. It's important to note that individuals with this archetype often hold roles outside of traditional ministry. However, the demands for this archetype include personal spiritual growth and development, the ability to work with diverse groups of people, and a great deal of prayer and ongoing discernment.

SPIRITUAL BURNOUT
Burnout, although not unique to this archetype has the potential to raise its alarm when spiritual, emotional, and physical care isn’t a routine. Those called to ministry have a unique responsibility to shoulder weights that may or may not be physical. Spiritual burnout looks like a lack of engagement with the Bible, diminished enthusiasm for listening to sermons or worship, a dissipation of joy in service and other spiritual burnout. Spiritual burnout could be caused by the following:
Spiritual burnout can be remedied by the following ways:
“ROOTED” – HOME MAKER
The Home Maker Archetype recognizes the importance of creating environments that reflect an inviting atmosphere. This archetype is concerned with creating a haven as a respite from the world. Inclusive in this archetype is the unique ability to be the foundation that cultivates the gifts and blessings in the lives of her family members. The constant posture within the domain of the homemaker is one in which a person feels safe, peaceful, and welcoming to the weary soul. In addition, this archetype can observe and determine the best supportive method for cultivating potential and directing godly pathways. The goal of this archetype is not just for members of her household but extends to those who would visit her home. She values healthy relationships and is instrumental in establishing "house rules" based on the Bible. She needs to be creative and innovative to be an effective communicator, often a businesswoman, and a spiritual guide and support.

Feet Forward (Ministry) and Rooted (Home Maker) have shared qualities. Both archetypes possess the ability to perceive, intercede and call forth what God is doing in the lives of the people around them. Known to have deep roots of compassion, these two archetypes learn the how, the what, and the who of the people they are called to provide themselves as a platform through which others can discern, develop and deploy into all that God has called them to. Rarely will you find these two archetypes in spaces in which they immediately desire to be seen. But could often be thrust into public light because of their womb to carry, protect, and nurture the people they are connected to. You may notice that functioning in either environment becomes almost second nature. The difference between the two is the amount and caliber of the people she covers.
