Maurizio Camponovo. Born in 1971, studies in Psychology and Human Resources Management, has been Human Resources Management Manager and Training&Development Manager in leading Swiss banks, Member of the International Training&Development Committee of Generali Group, Member of the Executive Education Advisory Board of the Swiss Finance Institute and Member of the Training Commission of the Swiss Bankers Association. In 2014, he founded MFG Consulting SA and in 2021 he started the Route Crypto Training© project.

Lars Schlichting. Lawyer expert in blockchain and crypto assets, former partner at KPMG and Kellerhals Carrard, founds Lexify. An expert in legal, taxation and new technologies, particularly blockchain, he supports financial firms in the difficult challenge introduced by the digital revolution. His major expertise includes Token Offering management and the use of cryptocurrencies and tokens in business operations.

Alex Pezzoli. Born in 1974, after classical studies, he graduated in Business Administration at Bocconi in 1998; his career developed for twenty years in the world of Wealth management working for Swiss (BSI) and American (JPMorgan) banks between Lugano, Monte-Carlo and Geneva. In 2016 he founded Brightside Capital, a leading multi-family office operating between Ticino and Italy.

Filippo Bernasconi. Most of his 36-year professional career has been devoted to change management, contributing to the continuous improvement of the effectiveness and quality of business services and products, as well as increasing the efficiency of processes and organizations. Recent achievements include outsourcing and insourcing of banking services and IT platforms, as well as designing and constantly adapting/evolving IT strategy. Over the years, he has led programs to implement IT infrastructure, local and international banking services in Switzerland, Italy and other countries.

Davide Gai. Serial entrepreneur who has founded and managed more than 35 high-tech startups. He is currently President and majority shareholder of Healthcapital SA, whose main activities are M&A of Life-Science companies, global health policy advisory think-tank, strategic consulting and fund raising. President of Gai & Partner, he is a member of the Presidential Council of Franklin University Switzerland and Director of Strategy and Marketing. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale and of the Board of Directors of the USI-EOC Investment Fund. In the past, he founded Tecnopolo Ticino and several Life-Science Companies, holding relevant roles as Board Member or Board Advisor.

Chiara El Rikabi. Chiara El Rikabi is a financial industry professional with more than a decade of experience. Currently, she holds the position of Senior Sales Associate for Southern Europe at 21Shares, a leading company in ETPs (Exchange-Traded Products) on cryptocurrencies. Her work focuses on managing client relationships in the Southern Europe region, with a particular focus on Italy and the Canton of Ticino, responding to the growing demand for cryptocurrencies and related products. Prior to joining 21Shares, Chiara gained significant experience in financial information and sales.
