Born in 1971, studies in Psychology and Human Resources Management, has been Human Resources Management Manager and Training&Development Manager in leading Swiss banks, Member of the International Training&Development Committee of Generali Group, Member of the Executive Education Advisory Board of the Swiss Finance Institute and Member of the Training Commission of the Swiss Bankers Association. In 2014, he founded MFG Consulting SA and in 2021 he started the Route Crypto Training© project.

An expert in legal, taxation and new technologies, particularly blockchain, he supports financial firms in the difficult challenge introduced by the digital revolution. Alex Pezzoli. Born in 1974, after classical studies, he graduated in Business Administration at Bocconi in 1998; his career developed for twenty years in the world of Wealth management working for Swiss (BSI) and American (JPMorgan) banks between Lugano, Monte-Carlo and Geneva. Filippo Bernasconi.
