Sharon has made a professional form of life by drumming to the beat of her own rhythm. She is an advocate of mental health and self-healing. Her struggling abusive experiences [physically, mentally, verbally] with her covert narcissist mother led Sharon to research and therapy. Sharon discovered her organic self-repair by permanently disconnecting that toxic relationship. This was the premise of writing Middle Finger Happiness... work hard. live well  .don't f*ck with me.
