With more than 20 years of experience, Simon is an industry-recognized structural engineer with a wide spectrum of experience including high-rise, mixed-use and commercial projects that range from the super tall to small interior fit-outs. Simon is expanding his horizons beyond engineering to being an entrepreneur who attempts to address current problems in the built environment and provide value driven solutions using emerging technologies to respond with WHY, HOW and WHAT. He is also on the co-panel of Council on Tall Building and Urban Habitat’s outrigger design for high-rise buildings. He holds a Master of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Sung Kyun Kwan University in South Korea.
